Rarely do the hallowed halls of brewing science open, and when they do, it’s to a distinguished few. Drawn from our carefully curated wood ageing program, this elixir of hopped deliciousness draws upon one year in French oak barrels for a wild Brett. refermentation to produce the complex, fruity aromas that even science can’t rush. The resulting luscious mosaic of flavour is a treat for the senses: for those precious few able to withstand temptation, this beer is also an excellent addition to any cellar.
