Aurora IPA is a radiant masterpiece that shines with every sip.

This Brett. IPA was aged in our oak foeder for 12 months using the solera method and blended with our previous release to create a harmonious symphony of flavours. The wild yeast, Brettanomyces, imbues the beer with an otherworldly quality, bringing out layers of juicy fruit and subtle funk.

Aurora is deceptively light, with a soft mouthfeel and a bright, citrusy finish. Embrace the luminous beauty of this IPA and let it light up your taste buds.
